6th grade can be a fun time for kids, especially when it comes to the annual Science Fair!

Jack Adams entered his school's science fair with a project question that people of all ages can relate to, "Should I eat food off the floor?"

In this video, Jack explores the infamous 5-Second Rule and whether or not food will contract bacteria if it's on the floor for 5 seconds or less. What he finds might surprise you...and might possibly keep you from shouting "5-second rule" next time that delicious morsel of food drops on the floor.
